Terms of service

We provide social media management, content production, advertising management, WhatsApp marketing and related digital marketing services, as described in the plan you choose.

Plan fees are payable in advance by the 5th of every month. The one-time setup fee is payable before work begins. All prices exclude 18% GST. Services pause if payment is more than 10 days late and resume once the account is cleared.

Your advertising budget is separate from the plan fee and is paid by you directly to Meta. We manage the spend. We do not hold it.

The minimum term is three months on every plan. After that, either side may end the arrangement with 30 days’ written notice. On Starter, the account moves up to Growth or closes after 90 days.

Access to your Instagram and Facebook pages, your ad account and budget where the plan includes ads, one to two hours a month for shoots at your location, and the product and offer details we ask for. Content is treated as approved if we do not hear from you within 48 hours of sharing it.

Each post and reel includes two rounds of revisions. Further revisions are chargeable. One shoot may be rescheduled free each month. Further reschedules, or a no-show at your location, are charged at ₹1,500 each. Unused reels, posts or shoot days do not carry forward to the next month.

Inquiry volume depends on your offer, your market, your advertising budget and the season. We report what happened honestly every month. We do not guarantee a specific number of inquiries, leads or sales.

Reels and posts become your property once that month is paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.

You confirm that any logo, product image, footage or other material you give us is yours to use.

Official WhatsApp Business API approval is subject to Meta’s review and is not ours to grant. Meta’s per-conversation charges are billed by Meta to you. We are not responsible for changes in platform policy, pricing, reach or account status that are outside our control.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
